HOW IT WORKS
How is my wellness score calculated?
Your score is based on five key areas of wellness, each with a maximum point value:
Water intake (20 points for 2 liters or more)
Physical activity (20 points for 30+ minutes)
Sleep (30 points for 7-8 hours)
Stress level (20 points for low stress)
Mindfulness practice (10 points if you do it)
We add up the points based on your inputs to give you a total out of 100. It’s a simple way to see where you’re doing great and where there’s room to grow.
Can I trust the suggestions from this tool?

While this tool isn’t a substitute for professional medical advice, the benchmarks we use are based on widely accepted wellness guidelines, such as aiming for 7-8 hours of sleep or staying hydrated with around 2 liters of water daily.
